We so enjoyed the music class.  Thank you so much for sharing your talents with us.  We look forward to seeing you soon.

Thank you for the Mommy and Me Musikgarten classes you are offering at our site.  The turnout for our first class was great and I am sure our parents will enjoy having this on an ongoing basis.   It is a pleasure to work with you in offering top quality arts programs for the families in our community.

At night, before Mia goes to bed, I sing a song for her (usually a nursery rhyme), and then she sings a song of her choice. For the last few weeks, she's been improvising and making up a song, usually having to do with something that happened to her that day or about her family. I can't help but think that her "music education" in school and in the after school Musikgarten program has fostered her love of singing. As long as you are offering the program, I plan on being there with Mia.  We really enjoy your music classes. Looking forward to the rest of the year!!!

Angie is constantly singing at home.  She uses her play microphone to practice repeating rhythm patterns.  She enjoys the interaction with the other children and I think the participation is helping her to learn to follow directions.  I am amazed at how expressively she now dances and how carefully she plays with her instruments.   As a mom I love coming together with other parents for this special time.  Angie is always asking if it is music day.  She loves your class!  Thank you for all you do for our families.

I almost forgot to tell you this.  David loves to have Sophia listen to music, especially the classic oldies. She has drums, a guitar, maracas, the bells, and a small little piano.  We were pretending to be in the band, and each one of us with a different instrument, but he nor I could figure out what the name of that tiny guitar is called.  Well, Sophia turns around to her father and says, "Papi, that's a ukulele". We both just froze!! Then he and I remembered that you had brought in a ukulele a long time ago to one of the classes!!  We were mind-boggled!  She imitates you all the time!  She even gets these two Raggedy Ann and Andy dolls and pretends those are the students and she is "Ms. Kirsten".  So although she barely every talked in class, you definitely have left an impact on her.  You are an awesome teacher!  THANK YOU!!
